Job Title: International Sales Consultant - Off-Plan Real Estate (Dubai Focus)

We are seeking an experienced International Sales Consultant (Hindi Speaker preferred) to join a high-performing real estate team specialising in off-plan developments in Dubai. This is a broker-focused, relationship-driven role within an international property environment.

About the Role

This is not a direct sales role. Instead, you will support and drive sales through established broker and introducer networks. You will work closely with agents, developers, and the marketing team to ensure strong engagement ahead of major property launches, many of which are highly in demand and sell out quickly.

Your focus will be on building strong relationships, preparing the broker network ahead of launches, and ensuring seamless coordination between all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with brokers, introducers, and agent networks

• Support sales activity through broker channels (no direct selling)

• Work closely with the marketing team to organise and host agent open days and launch events

• Prepare brokers and partners ahead of off-plan development launches

• Provide updates, sales materials, and information packs to support engagement

• Maintain regular communication with external partners to maximise participation and performance

• Ensure a smooth, well-organised experience across all launch activity

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate, ideally within off-plan sales

• Strong understanding of working with brokers, agents, or introducer networks

• Developer-side experience is highly desirable, though experienced agency professionals will also be considered

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Strong organisational ability and attention to detail

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, launch-driven environment

• Fluent in Hindi (preferred)

• Must already have the right to work in the UK
