Due to continued growth and an expanding project portfolio, they are seeking two ambitious and commercially astute Quantity Surveyors to join our Projects & Delivery team.
The Role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the commercial management of high-value luxury residential projects from pre-construction through to final account. Working alongside project managers, architects, designers, contractors, and clients, you will help ensure projects are delivered successfully while maintaining rigorous commercial control.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare cost plans, budgets, estimates, and feasibility studies.
- Manage project costs throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist with procurement strategies and tender processes.
- Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations.
- Prepare and administer contracts and subcontract agreements.
- Monitor project expenditure and provide regular cost reporting.
- Assess variations, valuations, and change control procedures.
- Support project teams with commercial advice and risk management.
- Prepare interim valuations, payment applications, and final accounts.
- Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure projects are delivered in line with budget, programme, and quality expectations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement within commercial processes and systems.
About You

Essential Requirements
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a Quantity Surveying role.
- Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills.
- Good understanding of construction contracts, procurement, and cost control.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Full right to work in the UK.
Desirable
- Experience within high-end residential, luxury fit-out, heritage, or bespoke construction projects.
- Progress towards or aspiration to achieve RICS, CIOB, or equivalent professional accreditation.
- Knowledge of JCT contract forms.
- Experience working with high-net-worth private clients.
