Their integrated team provides architecture, interior design, development management, construction delivery, and private client services, delivering exceptional homes in some of the world's most prestigious locations.
Due to continued growth and an expanding project portfolio, they are seeking two ambitious and commercially astute Quantity Surveyors to join our Projects & Delivery team.

The Role

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the commercial management of high-value luxury residential projects from pre-construction through to final account. Working alongside project managers, architects, designers, contractors, and clients, you will help ensure projects are delivered successfully while maintaining rigorous commercial control.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cost plans, budgets, estimates, and feasibility studies.
• Manage project costs throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist with procurement strategies and tender processes.
• Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations.
• Prepare and administer contracts and subcontract agreements.
• Monitor project expenditure and provide regular cost reporting.
• Assess variations, valuations, and change control procedures.
• Support project teams with commercial advice and risk management.
• Prepare interim valuations, payment applications, and final accounts.
• Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure projects are delivered in line with budget, programme, and quality expectations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement within commercial processes and systems.

About You

We are looking for motivated professionals who are passionate about construction, detail-oriented, and eager to build a career within the luxury residential sector.

Essential Requirements

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a Quantity Surveying role.
• Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills.
• Good understanding of construction contracts, procurement, and cost control.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Full right to work in the UK.

Desirable

• Experience within high-end residential, luxury fit-out, heritage, or bespoke construction projects.
• Progress towards or aspiration to achieve RICS, CIOB, or equivalent professional accreditation.
• Knowledge of JCT contract forms.
• Experience working with high-net-worth private clients.
