Move-In Coordinator - Birmingham

Duration: Mid-August to End of September (approx. 6-7 weeks)

Hours: 5 days out of 7 (Monday-Sunday, flexible scheduling)

Location: Birmingham

We are looking for a friendly and reliable individual to support a large-scale residential move-in period in Birmingham. No extensive experience is required - a positive attitude and willingness to help are what matter most.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting residents through the move-in process from start to finish
• Conducting inventory checks on properties
• Carrying out and confirming accurate Right to Rent checks in line with current requirements
• Delivering excellent customer service to residents during what can be a stressful transition
• Acting as an extra pair of hands for both the incoming residents and the wider team as needed

Ideal candidate:

• Approachable and people-focused, comfortable working directly with residents
• Organised and attentive to detail
• A team player who can also work independently
• Previous experience in property, lettings, or customer-facing roles is a bonus but not essential
