About the opportunity
An award-winning UK estate and block management group is hiring a Service Charge Accountant to support its Manchester operation. The business manages large residential developments across the UK, administering over £20m in client service charge budgets, and has been recognised at the Negotiator Awards and ACE Awards for both its property management and as an employer.
This role sits within the Client Accounting team and offers genuine ownership of a portfolio of managed estates, with close collaboration alongside Estate Managers, external accountants and clients.
