Location: Central London (Hybrid Working)
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 + Performance Bonus
Working Pattern: Full Time | Hybrid (Minimum 3 days office-based)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Operations Manager to join a highly successful and ambitious residential property business operating within the London market.
This is a pivotal position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys creating structure, driving efficiency, and supporting high-performing sales teams. Working closely with senior leadership, you'll play a key role in ensuring the business operates seamlessly while contributing to future growth and scalability.
This is far more than a traditional operations role. You'll be involved in everything from compliance and transaction management through to marketing coordination, onboarding, process improvement, and business development initiatives.
The Opportunity
As Operations Manager, you will become the operational backbone of the business, ensuring agents have the tools, systems, and support they need to focus on delivering exceptional results for clients.
You'll have the autonomy to make decisions, improve processes, and implement new ways of working that enhance efficiency across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Business Operations & Administration
- Oversee daily operational activities across the business.
- Coordinate appointments, enquiries, and property registrations.
- Manage residential transactions from instruction through to completion.
- Prepare and issue key property documentation and contractual paperwork.
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and compliance procedures.
- Support senior leadership with operational planning and reporting.
Compliance & Process Management
- Ensure all regulatory and compliance requirements are met.
- Monitor due diligence processes and maintain accurate audit trails.
- Implement operational best practices and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and document scalable systems and procedures.
Marketing & Brand Coordination
- Coordinate property launches across marketing channels and property portals.
- Manage relationships with photographers, videographers, designers, and external suppliers.
- Assist with marketing campaigns, promotional activity, and client communications.
- Support brand development initiatives and event planning.
Agent Support & Team Development
- Coordinate the onboarding of new team members.
- Set up systems, software access, and operational resources.
- Provide ongoing support to sales agents and wider business functions.
- Organise internal meetings and help drive communication across teams.
About You
We're looking for an organised, commercially minded property professional who enjoys taking ownership and making things happen.
You will ideally possess:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience within the residential property sector.
- ARLA Level 2 qualification or above.
- Strong working knowledge of Reapit and related property management systems.
- Experience supporting sales, lettings, or property operations teams.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills.
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to work with stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-moving environment.
