Property Manager
Location: Central London (1 day WFH)
Salary: £33,000 + Monthly Performance Bonus + Annual Company Bonus
An established residential property business is seeking a Property Manager to join its London based team. Managing a portfolio of modern residential properties, this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within a supportive, ambitious, and fast paced environment.

The Role
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of approximately 130 residential properties, acting as the primary point of contact for landlords, tenants, and contractors. The role offers a high degree of autonomy, with success measured through a range of service and performance based KPIs.
This position focuses primarily on day-to-day property management, maintenance coordination, tenancy renewals, inspections, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of residential properties from a property management perspective
- Responding to landlord and tenant enquiries efficiently and professionally
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
- Coordinating maintenance issues and arranging repairs through approved suppliers
- Managing tenancy renewals and negotiating rental increases in line with market conditions
- Preparing and issuing tenancy renewal documentation
- Conducting property inspections and producing detailed reports
- Coordinating check-in and check-out processes
- Organising inventory and checkout inspections
- Registering and managing tenancy deposits, including deposit negotiations where required
- Reviewing property-related invoices and ensuring prompt processing
- Monitoring portfolio performance and maintaining accurate records through property management systems
- Supporting the business's customer service initiatives, including encouraging client feedback and online reviews
About You
- Minimum 12 months' experience within residential property management
- Strong understanding of the lettings and property management process
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
- Strong negotiation and relationship building skills
- Comfortable working independently whilst contributing positively to a team environment
- Positive, proactive, and solution focused approach
Experience with property management platforms such as Qube, Fixflo, Goodlord, or similar systems would be advantageous.
