About the role
You'll be embedded at a BTR development in Bristol, working across leasing and front-of-house resident services. Expect back-to-back viewings, lead management, and real responsibility - not photocopying. You'll support everything from first enquiry through to signed tenancy. This is a six-day-a-week role - suited to someone who's ready to commit and make a real contribution.
What you'll be doing
Outbound sales - calls, emails, texts, and walk-ins to generate and convert leads
Conducting in-person and virtual property viewings
Progressing applications from lead to lease - referencing, docs, and tenancy agreements
Managing leads through CRM - accurate records and timely follow-ups
Supporting resident renewals and community engagement
Monitoring local market trends and competitor activity
