The first qualified move out of industry is the one that sets the tone for the next decade of your career. This is a good one to look at properly.
You would be joining a FTSE-listed central London real estate business as a Finance Operations Lead, reporting to the Finance Operations Manager. You'll be close to the numbers that actually run the business, working across a portfolio you will recognise the moment you see the address list, with proper exposure to month-end, reporting, controls and the operational side of a listed property platform.
It is the kind of role where you stop being the junior on the audit and start owning your output. Enough structure around you to learn quickly, enough scope to make the role your own.
What we need: ACA, ACCA or CIMA finalist or recently qualified, trained in industry rather than practice, ideally within real estate, property or another listed corporate environment. Comfortable working at pace in a proper finance function and confident enough to own your work end to end.
Package is strong for the level. £60,000 to £65,000 base, bonus up to 22.8%, 15% non-contributory pension, family private healthcare and dental, 25 days holiday with the office shutting between Christmas and New Year. Three month notice once you are in.
If it sounds like the right shape of move, send your CV across or give me a call and I will talk you through who it is and how the process runs.
