Property Manager | Developer | Chatham, Kent | Up to £30,000

Our client is a council-owned developer at the heart of one of the most exciting regeneration stories in the South East transforming the area into a thriving place to live and work. As they bring more of their property management function in house, they're looking for a Property Manager to join their growing team.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Property, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day management of a residential rental portfolio. This is a hands-on, varied role covering everything from tenant liaison and rent monitoring to maintenance coordination, defect management, and tenancy administration. You'll be working within a small, collaborative team where your contribution will be visible and valued from day one.

You'll come from a background in property management, lettings, block management, or housing, and bring with you an organised, proactive approach to your work. Just as important as your experience is your personality. They're looking for someone approachable and down to earth, who's comfortable working independently and just gets on with the job.
