Salary: £65,000 basic (pro rata) + uncapped commission (OTE £110,000 pro rata)

Are you an experienced Mandarin-speaking New Homes Sales Manager with a passion for international property sales?
We are representing one of London's most prestigious residential developers, renowned for delivering landmark regeneration projects and luxury homes. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a high-performing international sales team, taking over a well-established pipeline and agent network while driving new business across key overseas markets.
You'll be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with an extensive network of over 100 international agents, maximising sales opportunities and ensuring continued momentum across international markets.
The Role
As Senior International Sales Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving international sales performance by:
- Managing and strengthening relationships with a network of over 100 international sales agents.
- Driving engagement across key markets including China, Türkiye and the UK.
- Identifying new business opportunities and expanding international partnerships.
- Developing cost-effective digital campaign proposals alongside the marketing team.
- Conducting viewings and managing buyers through the sales journey.
- Negotiating and securing sales directly with international purchasers.
- Monitoring market trends and providing strategic insight to maximise sales performance.
- Ensuring a seamless handover from existing projects and maintaining sales momentum throughout the contract.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (essential).
- Experienced in New Homes or residential property sales, with exposure to international markets.
- Highly commercial with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Confident building and nurturing long-term relationships with overseas agents and investors.
- Self-motivated, proactive and driven to generate results.
- Organised with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working collaboratively with marketing teams to deliver targeted campaigns.
