Property Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Manager to join a growing residential property team overseeing a portfolio of rented homes across Kent.

This is a varied role where you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of residential properties, acting as the main point of contact for tenants and ensuring a high standard of service is delivered throughout the tenancy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing tenant enquiries and day-to-day property matters
• Monitoring rent payments and assisting with arrears management where required
• Coordinating repairs, maintenance and defect resolution
• Liaising with contractors and residents to ensure issues are resolved efficiently
• Maintaining accurate property and tenancy records
• Supporting the ongoing growth and development of the rental portfolio

About You:

• Previous experience in Property Management, Lettings, Housing or a similar residential property role
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proactive, personable and able to work independently
• Comfortable building relationships with tenants, contractors and stakeholders
