Document Controller - £40,000 - £45,000
A leading residential developer is seeking an experienced Document Controller to support two live construction projects in North West London (Zone 2). This is a site-based role, offering the opportunity to work closely with project teams on high-profile developments.
The Role
Working across two sites, you will take full ownership of document control processes, ensuring accurate management, distribution, and compliance of project documentation. You'll play a key role in maintaining efficient information flow between internal teams, consultants, and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain all project documentation using Procore
• Ensure all drawings, specifications, and technical documents are correctly logged, tracked, and distributed
• Maintain document control registers and workflows in line with project requirements
• Liaise with site teams, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure timely document submission and approval
• Carry out regular audits to ensure document accuracy and compliance
• Support the project team with reporting and administrative tasks as required

About You

• Proven experience as a Document Controller within the construction or property development sector
• Strong working knowledge of Procore (essential)
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Confident communicator, able to liaise effectively with multiple stakeholders
• Able to manage workload across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
