Business Analyst - Residential Portfolio
A fast-growing UK residential property platform - spanning Multi Family, Single Family and PBSA - is looking for a Business Analyst to become the go-to person for portfolio data and performance insight.
You'll sit at the heart of a data-led business, turning numbers into decisions. Think: dashboards that actually get used, KPI packs leadership trusts, and analysis that shapes how a growing multi-asset-class portfolio is run.
What you'll be doing:
- Owning data integrity across PMS, CRM and finance systems - building the single source of truth
- Designing and automating dashboards and reporting (Excel now, Power BI on the way)
- Digging into occupancy, leasing velocity, rental variance and operational KPIs - and telling the story behind the numbers
- Partnering across Asset Management, Leasing, Ops and Finance to keep everyone aligned on the same data language
- Driving continuous improvement in reporting systems and data pipelines (Yardi/MRI exposure a bonus)
What you'll bring:
- Strong Business Analyst / data analytics background, ideally from real estate, property or asset management
- Advanced Excel essential; Power BI and Yardi/MRI experience a strong plus
- A sharp eye for detail paired with the commercial instinct to translate data into insight
- Comfortable being the bridge between data, tech and the business
