Sales Executive - New Homes

Are you an ambitious Sales Executive with experience in new homes or estate agency looking for your next challenge?

We're recruiting on behalf of a leading national property developer and housing provider for an exciting opportunity to join the sales team on a brand-new flagship development in Gillingham, Dorset. This high-profile scheme offers a mix of Open Market and Shared Ownership homes and is being delivered in partnership with some of the UK's most recognised housebuilders.

Working alongside an experienced Sales Executive and reporting into the New Homes Sales Manager, you'll take ownership of the customer journey from initial enquiry through to legal completion, ensuring every purchaser receives an exceptional buying experience.

The Role

• Manage the full sales process from enquiry through to completion.
• Conduct high-quality development tours and customer appointments.
• Convert leads into reservations while consistently achieving sales targets.
• Progress sales through to exchange and completion, liaising with solicitors and financial advisors.
• Build strong relationships with purchasers and provide an outstanding customer experience.
• Contribute to the success of a newly launched, highly competitive development.

About You

You'll ideally have:

• Previous experience in new homes sales or estate agency.
• A proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• A proactive, energetic and customer-focused approach.
• The ability to work independently while thriving as part of a successful team.

Experience of Shared Ownership would be advantageous but is not essential, as full training will be provided.

Working Hours

• 35 hours per week
• Thursday: 12:00pm - 7:00pm
• Friday to Monday: 10:00am - 5:00pm
• One weekend off per month

Package

• £30,000 basic salary
• Realistic OTE of £50,000
