We're recruiting on behalf of one of London's most impressive mixed-use residential developments for a Day Concierge to join a genuinely welcoming and supportive team in Islington.

You'll start on a temporary contract with weekly pay and an excellent day rate, giving you the chance to settle into the role before moving into a permanent £34,000 position with an annual bonus and company benefits.

If you're an experienced Residential Concierge, Front of House Concierge, Build to Rent Concierge or Customer Service professional looking for a long-term home, this is an opportunity worth exploring.

What you'll be doing:

• Delivering a first-class concierge service to residents and visitors.

• Managing the reception desk and resident enquiries.

• Handling parcels, contractors and visitor access.

• Using the ARK resident management system (training provided if needed).

• Working closely with an experienced concierge team in a busy, community-focused development.

• Creating an exceptional resident experience every single day.

What we're looking for

You'll be someone who:

• Has previous experience as a Residential Concierge, Day Concierge, Front of House Concierge, Build to Rent Concierge, Estate Concierge or Customer Service professional.

• Takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.

• Is reliable, professional and enjoys working with people.

• Can remain calm under pressure and use their initiative.

• Is happy working a 12-hour Pitman rota, including two weekends each month.

• Can provide a positive reference from a previous manager (this is essential).
