TEMP Events Coordinator (4-Month Minimum)
Location: London (Fully Office & Site Based)
Salary: £46,000 - £50,000 DOE (equivalent day rate available)
Contract: Minimum 4-Month Fixed-Term Contract
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Events Coordinator to join one of London's most recognisable destinations, supporting the delivery of a diverse programme of large-scale public events, brand activations and seasonal campaigns.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll play a key part in bringing high-profile events to life, working closely with internal teams, external suppliers and stakeholders to ensure every event is delivered safely, efficiently and to an exceptional standard.
The Role
Supporting the end-to-end delivery of an exciting events programme, your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating the planning and delivery of live events and activations.
Managing event logistics, including production schedules, suppliers, staffing and onsite operations.
Liaising with multiple internal departments and external partners to ensure seamless event delivery.
Supporting live event days, troubleshooting issues and ensuring operations run smoothly.
Assisting with budgets, purchase orders, invoices and general event administration.
Producing and maintaining operational documentation, event plans and schedules.
Monitoring event performance and supporting post-event reporting.
Ensuring all events meet Health & Safety and compliance requirements.
About You
We're looking for someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys the challenge of delivering memorable experiences.
You'll ideally have:
Previous experience coordinating live events, experiential activations or public events.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication skills and confidence working with a variety of stakeholders.
Experience coordinating suppliers, contractors and event logistics.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and event management systems.
Experience within destination marketing, retail, hospitality, placemaking or large public venues would be advantageous but is not essential.
