As a Luxury Real Estate Exhibition Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in representing a leading Saudi Arabian developer at an exclusive exhibition in Mayfair, engaging discerning visitors and driving sales of luxurious residential developments.

What You Will Do:
- Greet and engage visitors at the exhibition stand, creating a welcoming and professional environment.
- Present and promote luxury residential developments to prospective buyers.
- Answer questions and provide detailed information following comprehensive paid product training.
- Capture leads and update CRM systems accurately to ensure a seamless sales process.
- Collaborate with the onsite events team to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in property sales; previous experience in New Homes Sales, estate agency, international property, or developer roles is preferred.
- Confident, polished, and professional communicator with the ability to approach and engage visitors comfortably.
- Proven experience using CRM systems efficiently.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Fluency in Arabic - an enormous advantage for connecting with a diverse clientele.
- Previous experience working at international property exhibitions or luxury events.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- A background in real estate sales or associated fields is highly desirable.
- Prior exposure to international or high-net-worth client interactions will be advantageous.
Other Requirements:
- This is a summer-only, temporary assignment from 2nd to 4th August 2026, with paid training beforehand.
- Candidates should be available for the full duration of the event and training.
