- Liaise with residents, providing updates and delivering excellent customer service throughout the repair process.
- Support the mobilisation and ongoing operation of the development, including snagging, defect management and contractor coordination.
- Carry out daily inspections of the building, plant rooms and communal areas to ensure health & safety compliance.
- Assist with planned preventative maintenance (PPM) programmes and statutory compliance requirements.
- Monitor stock levels of tools, equipment and maintenance supplies.
- Manage external contractors, oversee works on site and ensure permits are issued where required.
- Complete apartment inspections before move-ins and after move-outs, carrying out repairs and redecoration to minimise void periods.
- Maintain the appearance of communal areas, external spaces and building facilities to a consistently high standard.
- Move furniture and equipment between apartments as required.
