You'll be joining at launch stage, meaning you're not walking into someone else's pipeline. You'll help shape it, build it, and own it.

The role

You'll be based on a flagship development in East Sussex (58 units, £80M GDV), working with buyers who are:

  • Equity-rich
  • Experienced
  • Expecting a high-touch, professional service

This is not a fast-paced, transactional environment. It's about:

  • Building trust
  • Understanding lifestyle motivations
  • Guiding buyers through a considered purchase journey

What you'll need:

You already know new homes, now you want better.

  • Experience selling new build homes (ESSENTIAL)
  • Comfortable at £750k+ price points (ideally £1M+)
  • Strong communication - you can articulate value, not just price
  • Polished, credible, and naturally consultative

Working pattern

  • 5 days per week (rota)
  • Weekend working essential (typically off Tues/Weds)
  • Initial training period based in Surrey (Mon-Fri) before moving to site

Location

Ideal if you're based within easy reach of:
Dorking, Reigate, Redhill, Epsom
