We're partnering with one of London's most prestigious residential developers to recruit an experienced Senior International Sales Manager to cover a six-month maternity contract, starting in August.
This is an exceptional opportunity to join a market-leading developer with an outstanding reputation for delivering some of London's most sought-after homes. You'll take ownership of international sales activity, working with a high-performing team and engaging with overseas investors, international purchasers and global agency partners.
The Role
As Senior International Sales Manager, you'll play a key role in driving international sales performance by:
Managing relationships with international agents and channel partners.
Engaging directly with overseas buyers and high-net-worth investors.
Driving sales across a portfolio of premium London developments.
Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey.
Supporting and executing international sales strategies.
Representing the business at international events and exhibitions where required.
Working closely with internal stakeholders to maximise sales opportunities.
About You
We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running and brings:
Fluency in both Mandarin and English (essential).
Proven experience in new homes sales, international property sales, residential development, or prime London real estate.
A strong track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-value client relationships.
Experience working with international investors and overseas agency networks.
Excellent negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
A polished, professional and commercially driven approach.
What's on Offer?
£65,000 basic salary (pro rata).
Uncapped commission with an OTE of £110,000 (pro rata).
25 days' annual leave (pro rata) plus bank holidays.
Monday-Friday working hours (9:30am-6:00pm).
