An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious New Homes Sales Executive, Property Sales Consultant or Estate Agent to join a stunning new build marketig suite in Gillingham, Dorset.

Launching a stunning collection of Shared Ownership and Open Market homes, this is your chance to join a brand-new development from the very beginning, working alongside an experienced Sales Manager to deliver an exceptional customer experience while maximising sales performance.

The Role

As Sales Executive, you'll manage the customer journey from first enquiry through to legal completion, ensuring every purchaser receives an outstanding experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Selling Shared Ownership and Open Market homes.

  • Conducting viewings and demonstrating the development.

  • Qualifying applicants and generating new sales opportunities.

  • Negotiating offers and progressing sales through to completion.

  • Building relationships with purchasers, solicitors and mortgage advisers.

  • Maintaining accurate CRM records and sales administration.

  • Supporting marketing initiatives and ensuring the marketing suite is presented to an exceptional standard.

  • Working closely with your Sales Manager to achieve site sales targets.

About You

We're looking for someone who brings:

  • Experience within new homes sales, estate agency, property sales or a similar customer-focused sales environment.

  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • A proactive, enthusiastic and commercially driven approach.

  • Strong organisational and administration skills.

  • The confidence to work in a fast-paced sales environment.

Experience selling Shared Ownership homes would be advantageous but is not essential.
