Temporary Office & Sales Support (Build-to-Rent)
Duration: 6-8 weeks (potential to extend / temp-to-perm)

We're looking for an experienced, office-based temp to support a busy build-to-rent site.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing HubSpot calls and lead follow-ups
• Conducting property viewings
• Carrying out building walks
• Providing front desk cover for short periods (e.g., lunch breaks), taking down member queries as needed

What we're looking for:

• HubSpot experience essential
• Previous experience in residential/build-to-rent or similar (e.g., large managed developments)
• Confident, calm, and professional manner
• Comfortable working independently in an office-based role
• Full understanding that this is not a front-of-house position - occasional desk cover only
