If you're a high-performing New Homes Sales Manager looking for a role with genuine strategic influence, this is an opportunity to step away from simply managing a sales office and into a position where you'll shape the commercial success of two flagship developments.
Working directly for a leading developer, you'll oversee sales performance across two exceptional East London communities with approximately 240 homes still to sell. Reporting to the Head of Residential, you'll play a key role in pricing, sales strategy, marketing direction and team leadership, working alongside senior leadership to maximise performance throughout the remaining life of both projects.
This is a two-year fixed-term contract, making it ideal for someone who enjoys the momentum of delivering major developments from mid-stage through to completion and is looking for a role where they can make a measurable impact.

The Role
This is not a customer-facing sales position. Instead, you'll focus on driving results through leadership, strategy and commercial decision-making.
You'll be responsible for:
Leading sales performance across both developments, ensuring targets and forecasts are achieved.
Developing pricing, incentive and sales strategies in response to market conditions.
Managing, coaching and motivating on-site sales teams to consistently outperform.
Working alongside marketing teams to optimise campaigns and maximise lead conversion.
Managing relationships with external sales agents and monitoring competitor activity.
Overseeing reporting, forecasting and sales progression through to completion.
Ensuring an exceptional customer journey and market-leading presentation across both developments.
About you
You'll already be an experienced New Homes Sales Manager, Senior Sales Manager or Regional Sales Manager with a developer, and you'll be confident leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
You'll bring:
Proven experience managing New Homes sales for a residential developer.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop successful sales teams.
Commercial awareness and confidence using market data to influence strategy.
Experience working closely with marketing teams and external selling agents.
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions.
Excellent reporting, forecasting and stakeholder management skills.
Location
Based primarily at in Bow with regular travel into Canary Wharf.
