We're recruiting on behalf of a leading organisation within the purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) sector for a Digital Marketing Executive to join its collaborative marketing team. This is an opportunity to work across the full digital marketing mix, playing a key role in delivering campaigns that support business growth, occupancy and customer engagement.This is a broad, hands-on role where you'll have the opportunity to make a genuine impact. You'll be involved in everything from CRM and email marketing to website optimisation, SEO, paid media, content creation and campaign performance. If you enjoy variety and thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, this could be an excellent next step.The RoleWorking closely with the wider marketing team and external agency partners, you'll play a key role in planning, delivering and optimising integrated digital campaigns that support commercial objectives.Your responsibilities will include:<ul><li>Delivering integrated digital marketing campaigns across email, CRM, website, social media and paid channels.</li><li>Building and optimising customer journeys using marketing automation and CRM platforms.</li><li>Managing website content, landing pages and user experience improvements.</li><li>Supporting SEO initiatives and emerging AI search optimisation.</li><li>Coordinating with digital agencies on paid media campaigns and website development.</li><li>Creating engaging digital content, blogs and campaign assets.</li><li>Monitoring campaign performance through GA4 and reporting tools, providing insight and recommendations.</li><li>Using data, testing and customer behaviour to continually improve campaign performance.</li><li>Identifying opportunities to improve processes through automation and AI tools.</li></ul>About YouYou'll have around 4+ years' experience in a broad digital marketing role, with the confidence to manage multiple channels and campaigns simultaneously.We're looking for somebody with experience in:<ul><li>Delivering integrated digital marketing campaigns.</li><li>CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar).</li><li>Website CMS management, SEO and user journey optimisation.</li><li>Google Analytics 4 and campaign performance reporting.</li><li>Email marketing and customer journey planning.</li><li>Working with external digital agencies.</li><li>Experience within student accommodation, property, hospitality, education or another consumer-focused sector would be advantageous, but isn't essential.</li></ul>Just as important as your technical skills is your approach. We're looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative, close-knit team, enjoys working in a broad, hands-on role and is happy to take ownership while supporting colleagues when priorities shift.
