We're recruiting for an exciting opportunity to join a market-leading new homes developer on the launch of a brand-new development in Guildford.

This is the perfect role for someone looking to gain valuable experience within the new homes industry. As the first point of contact for customers, you'll play a key role in creating an outstanding first impression while supporting the Sales Team with the smooth day-to-day running of the sales office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcoming and assisting customers visiting the development

• Acting as the front-of-house representative and main point of contact

• Supporting the Sales Team with administrative tasks and customer enquiries

• Ensuring the sales suite is presented to the highest standard

• Delivering exceptional customer service at every stage

What We're Looking For:

• Well-presented, professional, and confident communicator

• Friendly, proactive, and customer-focused

• Organised with excellent attention to detail

• Flexible to work 5 days per week, including some weekends on a rota basis

• Immediately available to start this week
