We're looking for someone who is naturally organised, commercially aware and genuinely enjoys working with people to join an exciting co-living operator on an immediate-start basis. This is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable experience within the residential property sector, with genuine long-term opportunities available for high performers.

Whether you're a Real Estate graduate, have experience in student accommodation, Build to Rent, New Homes, hospitality or premium customer service, this role offers an excellent route into a growing area of the property industry.

The Role

As Customer Experience Executive, you'll be the face of the development, delivering an exceptional resident experience while supporting the day-to-day operation of a modern residential community.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming residents and visitors, providing a professional first impression.

• Building strong relationships with residents and resolving enquiries confidently.

• Supporting resident events and community initiatives.

• Assisting with tenancy administration, documentation and data management.

• Supporting the management team with day-to-day operational and customer service activities.

• Ensuring the building consistently delivers an outstanding resident experience.

We're Looking For

• A positive, switched-on individual who takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.

• A Real Estate graduate or someone looking to establish a long-term career within residential property.

• Experience within Build to Rent, Co-Living, New Homes, Student Accommodation, Property Management, hospitality, retail or customer service would be highly desirable.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.

• Confident using technology and comfortable learning new systems.

• Someone who is immediately available and ready to commit to the assignment.
