Are you an experienced property sales professional looking for an exciting part-time opportunity with a quality housebuilder?

We're recruiting on behalf of an innovative and highly regarded developer for a Part-Time New Homes Sales Consultant to join the sales team on a stunning 70-unit residential development in Battle, East Sussex.

This is an ongoing temporary assignment offering an immediate start, perfect for someone who thrives in a customer-facing sales environment and enjoys helping buyers find their dream home.

The Role

Working Friday to Sunday, you'll be the face of the development, guiding prospective purchasers through the buying journey from initial enquiry through to reservation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Welcoming and qualifying prospective purchasers.
• Conducting show home and development tours.
• Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Negotiating and securing plot reservations.
• Liaising with solicitors, mortgage advisors and the wider sales team.
• Maintaining accurate sales records and CRM updates.
• Ensuring the sales office and show homes are presented to the highest standard.

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

• Previous property sales experience (new homes experience is highly desirable).

• The ability to work independently and manage the sales office during weekends.
• Strong organisational and administration skills.
