Temporary Sales Advisor - New Homes (6-Week Contract)

Location: Bovingdon, Hertfordshire
Contract: Temporary - 6 Weeks
Pay: Equivalent of up to £33,000 per annum (paid as a day rate)
Working Pattern: Weekend working required on a rota basis

We're recruiting on behalf of one of the UK's leading residential developers for a 6-week temporary Sales Advisor position based at a beautiful development in Bovingdon, Hertfordshire. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected housebuilder renowned for delivering quality homes, exceptional customer experiences, and thriving communities across the UK.

The Role

As the face of the development, you'll be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer journey from initial enquiry through to reservation. You'll welcome visitors, showcase the homes and development, qualify prospective buyers, and support the sales process while maintaining the highest standards of presentation and service.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage prospective purchasers visiting the development.
• Conduct informative and engaging show home tours.
• Build rapport with customers and understand their requirements.
• Progress sales enquiries and support reservations.
• Maintain accurate records using the company's CRM system.
• Ensure the sales office and show homes are presented to an exceptional standard.
• Work closely with the wider site team to deliver an excellent customer experience.

About You

• Previous experience in new homes sales is essential.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Confident working towards sales targets.
• Professional, organised, and self-motivated.
• Available to commit to the full 6-week assignment.
• Able to work weekends on a rota basis.
