The OpportunityAs Campaign Manager, you'll become the main marketing contact for a portfolio of student accommodation clients, helping to deliver marketing campaigns that drive occupancy, revenue and customer engagement.You'll have the opportunity to:<ul><li>Own and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across paid media, CRM, websites, social media, content, partnerships and events.</li><li>Build trusted relationships with clients, acting as their day-to-day marketing contact and providing strategic recommendations to improve performance.</li><li>Lead the successful launch of new student accommodation properties, coordinating everything from website launches and creative assets to CRM journeys and campaign delivery.</li><li>Work closely with internal specialists and external agencies to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.</li><li>Analyse campaign performance, present insights and identify opportunities to optimise activity and maximise ROI.</li><li>Contribute new ideas and continuously improve marketing activity across a growing portfolio of student accommodation properties.</li></ul>About YouYou'll be an experienced marketer who enjoys balancing multiple projects and building strong relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders.
