Basic Salary up to £35,000 + OTE £59,000

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Sales Consultant to join the sales team on a flagship residential development in Hertfordshire.

The Role

• Managing the customer journey from initial enquiry through to exchange and completion.
• Conducting viewings and presenting the development to prospective purchasers.
• Building relationships with buyers and external stakeholders.
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring a first-class customer experience throughout the sales process.
• Working towards and exceeding sales targets.

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous property experience is essential (new homes, estate agency or related property sales).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Professional, motivated and customer-focused.
• Passionate about delivering an exceptional buying experience.
• Able to work effectively within a target-driven environment.

Package

• Basic salary up to £35,000 depending on experience.
• OTE up to £59,000.
