About the opportunity
An established property developer and investor, with a pipeline of substantial residential and mixed-use schemes, is looking to add a finance-focused analyst to complement its existing team. This is a newly shaped position rather than a like-for-like replacement, reflecting a shift in what the business needs from this seat over the coming year.
What makes the role exceptional
Rather than being brought in purely as an analyst, you'll sit across two disciplines - appraisals and valuations - with structured training given on the valuations side, so prior exposure isn't essential. The scale of the schemes involved (£150m+) gives real weight to the work from day one, and the business has already signalled its intention to grow this into a dedicated investment analyst role next year.
