Details on the position:

- Senior Lettings Negotiator / Lettings Associate

- Basic Salary circa £35,000

- Competitive commission structure

- OTE in the region of £65,000

Requirements for the position:

- Senior Lettings Negotiator experience

- The ability to operate in a highly transactional market (ideally SW London)

- Experience dealing with HMO's

- ARLA qualifications (preferred but not essential)

- Valuation experience
