New Homes Sales Consultant - 12-Month FTC

Didcot, Oxfordshire | £33,650 | Thursday & Friday off

We're working with an established and highly regarded residential developer seeking a New Homes Sales Consultant to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This is a great opportunity to support the final year of an exciting development, with the potential for the role to be extended as the business moves onto a new site.

The role:

• Managing the day-to-day sales activity on a residential development

• Guiding customers through the full home-buying journey

• Conducting viewings and negotiating sales

• Working towards and exceeding sales targets

• Providing an exceptional customer experience through to completion

We're looking for:

• Proven property sales experience

• Ideally, experience within new homes

• Strong communication, negotiation and customer service skills

• A driven, target-focused approach

• Professional and confident manner

The package:

• £33,650 basic salary

• 12-month FTC

• Thursday & Friday off

• Opportunity for extension/new-site opportunities
