Office Administrator
Location: North London
Salary: £30-35,000
Working pattern: 9-5.30pm
The Role
We are working with a fast growing Security and Facilities business that was established three years ago and has already experienced substantial growth. As the business continues to expand, they are now looking to appoint an experienced, organised and dependable Office Administrator to join their London HQ team.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a young, ambitious organisation and play an important role in supporting its continued growth. You will work closely with the C-Suite, clients, contractors and internal teams, providing professional and effective administrative support.
The successful candidate will help coordinate schedules and calendars, maintain accurate records and timekeeping, support compliance with client requirements, and act as a professional point of contact for clients and contractors.
This role would suit someone with excellent communication skills, strong emotional intelligence and a genuine desire to learn, develop and grow alongside the business, with regular guidance and support.

Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
- The ability to prioritise tasks and manage deadlines effectively
- DBS check and driving license required
- Previous experience in office administration or a similar role
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the smooth running of day to day HQ operations
- Managing C-Suite calendars, schedules and related administration
- Liaising professionally with clients, contractors, senior leadership and internal departments
- Maintaining accurate records and supporting effective time management
- Helping ensure client requirements and internal processes are followed
- Providing general administrative support across the business as required
- Taking a proactive approach to identifying and resolving day-to-day administrative needs
