About the opportunity
An award-winning national housebuilder is looking for a senior sales negotiator to join the sales team at its flagship regeneration scheme in West London. This 88-acre brownfield site, formerly home to a gasworks, is being redeveloped into a new residential-led neighbourhood comprising thousands of homes, alongside a high street of shops, restaurants and workspace, a cinema, a primary school and a health centre. You will be based on-site, working from the marketing suite and showhomes, engaging directly with prospective buyers throughout their purchasing journey.
What makes the role exceptional
You will be selling a genuinely large-scale product: a multi-decade masterplan with several distinct neighbourhoods, each designed by different architects, set around parkland, canal towpaths and green infrastructure connecting into a neighbouring country park. The housebuilder has a strong, independently verified reputation, having been ranked the UK's number one for build quality by HomeViews and holding multiple Queen's Awards for Enterprise in Sustainable Development. This track record gives negotiators a genuinely strong story to sell, backed by consistent five-star customer satisfaction ratings.

- Manage the end-to-end sales process for new build apartments, from initial enquiry through to legal completion
- Conduct show home and marketing suite appointments, presenting the development and its wider masterplan to prospective buyers
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through proactive follow-up and relationship management
- Liaise closely with solicitors, mortgage advisers and internal legal teams to progress sales smoothly
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets across the development
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, sales progression and buyer communications on CRM systems
- Support the wider sales and marketing team with events, launches and VIP appointments
- Provide accurate market feedback and competitor insight to the sales management team
Requirements
- Proven experience as a sales negotiator, ideally within new build or estate agency sales
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a consultative sales approach
- Confident presenting to individuals and groups in a show home or marketing suite setting
- Comfortable managing a high volume of enquiries and progressing multiple sales concurrently
- Working knowledge of the home buying and conveyancing process
- Flexibility to work weekends as part of a rota
- Full right to work in the UK
Requirements for salary bandings will be discussed in the interview stages and screening calls.

- Exposure to one of the largest and longest-running regeneration schemes in London
- A structured career path within a well-resourced sales team
- Involvement in a development with genuinely differentiated green and community infrastructure
