Temporary Lettings Administrator - Manchester (Part-Time)

We're working with a busy property management client in Manchester to find a Temporary Lettings Administrator to join their team during a peak booking period.

📍 Location: Manchester
⏰ Contract: Temporary, ASAP start through end of October
📅 Hours: Part-time, 3 days per week (Monday, Wednesday & Friday)
💼 Focus: Administrative support during a busy period for the team

What You'll Be Doing:

• Providing administrative support to a busy property management team
• Working alongside a team of 5, including the property manager, leasing assistants, and maintenance staff
• Hitting the ground running in a fast-paced environment during peak season

What Our Client Is Looking For:

• BTR leasing experience is essential
• Excellent administrative and customer service skills
• Background in BTR, PBSA, or property management preferred
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes
• Hospitality or front-facing customer service experience also considered
• Availability to commit to the full 3 days per week (Mon/Wed/Fri) through end of October
