Sales Consultant - Didcot

Salary: £33,650 + bonus | Total package up to £55,000
Hours: Saturday-Wednesday, 10am-5.30pm
Location: Didcot

We're working with a well-established, family-owned housebuilder with an excellent reputation for quality, customer service and creating great places to live.

They're now looking for a Sales Consultant to join their team at a development in Didcot.

The Role

You'll be responsible for guiding customers through the new-home buying journey, from their first enquiry through to completion.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming customers and understanding their needs.
• Conducting show home and plot viewings.
• Advising customers on homes, pricing, specifications and local amenities.
• Managing enquiries, reservations and CRM records.
• Supporting customers throughout the sales and legal process.
• Monitoring reservations and working towards exchange and completion deadlines.
• Maintaining high presentation standards across the sales and marketing suite.
• Keeping up to date with local market and competitor activity.
• Working closely with the Sales and Site Managers to deliver an excellent customer experience.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in new homes, estate agency, property or a similar sales environment.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
• Commercially aware and motivated by achieving targets.
• Organised, proactive and highly attentive to detail.
• Confident building relationships and managing customers through a significant purchase.
