If you're an experienced Shared Ownership Sales Progressor who knows how to spot a problem in a file, understand what needs fixing and get a deal through to completion, this could be a great next move.

You'll join a busy, collaborative sales team managing Shared Ownership and Market Sale transactions from reservation through to legal completion. There's no micromanagement - you'll be trusted to own your pipeline, make decisions and get things moving.

What makes this role different?

This isn't a generic sales administration job. You'll be valued for your Shared Ownership knowledge, compliance expertise and ability to solve problems.

You'll work with customers, solicitors and mortgage brokers, checking files, identifying issues, managing progression and keeping everyone on track for completion. You'll also use Excel and data to monitor the pipeline and report on progress.

This will suit you if you're:

• Experienced in Shared Ownership sales progression
• Highly accurate, organised and naturally detail-focused
• Confident with Shared Ownership compliance and conveyancing
• Proactive (you spot problems rather than wait for them to escalate!)
• Comfortable managing a busy pipeline independently
• Strong with Excel, reporting and data
• A clear, confident communicator who can deal effectively with customers and professional stakeholders

Housing association, affordable housing or new homes experience is ideal. Generic estate agency experience alone is unlikely to be enough.
