This could be a very different kind of sales role.

If you're working in Shared Ownership, affordable housing, home ownership, housing association or new homes sales and want a more customer-focused environment, this could be a great next move.

£38,500 basic. No commission pressure. Sunday + Monday off. You'll have genuine autonomy to manage your diary, customers and pipeline without being constantly micromanaged.

This is a sales role, but not the traditional high-pressure private-sector sales environment. The focus is on helping customers understand their options, delivering excellent service and taking ownership of the journey through to completion.

What you'll be doing

You'll manage customers from initial enquiry and viewing through to legal completion, explaining affordable home ownership and guiding predominantly first-time buyers through what can be a complex process.

You'll conduct viewings, manage applications, progress sales, resolve issues and work with solicitors, mortgage brokers and internal teams to keep transactions moving.

You could be a great fit if you have experience in:

• Shared Ownership or affordable home ownership
• Housing association / registered provider environments
• New homes or residential development sales
• Home ownership, resales or staircasing
• Property sales or sales progression
• Working with first-time buyers and explaining eligibility or housing products
• Managing customers, documentation and transactions through to completion

If you understand affordable home ownership, are commercially minded and are excellent with customers, your experience could transfer very well.
