Day Host - Build to Rent (BTR)
Location: Colindale, North West London
Contract Type: Ad-hoc / Casual Shifts
Start Date: ASAP
Reporting To: Building Manager
About the Role
We're currently working with a leading Build to Rent operator to find an enthusiastic and reliable Day Host to join their on-site team at a busy residential development in Colindale. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong customer service background who thrives in a fast-paced, resident-facing environment.
Our client is looking to fill these shifts as soon as possible on an ad-hoc basis, making this an ideal role for candidates seeking flexible work, additional hours alongside other commitments, or a foot in the door with a growing BTR/lifestyle brand.
As the face of the building, the Day Host will be the first point of contact for residents, guests, and visitors - delivering a warm, professional welcome while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the development.

- Complete handovers, logs, and reports accurately at the start and end of each shift.
- Liaise with the wider on-site team, including management, concierge, and maintenance staff, to ensure a joined-up resident experience.
