Contract: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Highlights:
- Remote-first role open to graduates and candidates with up to two years' experience
- Structured, hands-on training from experienced systems and data specialists
- Genuine progression into system administration, data analytics and business intelligence
About the opportunity
A leading operator of student accommodation, working across some of the UK's most innovative university-town developments, is looking for a systems support assistant to join its business intelligence team. Reporting to the platform manager, you'll support the day-to-day management of core business systems, data administration and the wider systems development roadmap that underpins how the organisation operates across the country.
What makes the role exceptional
This is a rare entry point into systems and data work, with training built into the role rather than assumed beforehand. You'll work alongside experienced specialists, gradually taking ownership of your own tasks and projects as your knowledge grows, and gain exposure to pricing, database administration, reporting and process automation across a live, multi-site operation. With locations across the UK, there's a constant stream of new problems to solve and processes to improve, giving broad experience rarely available this early in a career.

- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce manual effort through automation
- Maintain accurate records of requests and changes via ticketing and project management tools
- Collaborate with colleagues across central support and site teams, with occasional travel
Requirements
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Confidence working with data, including spreadsheets and large datasets

- An analytical mindset with good problem-solving skills
- Clear, confident written and verbal communication
- A flexible, hands-on approach and willingness to adapt to changing priorities
- Curiosity about systems, technology and process improvement
