🏢 Regional Facilities Manager | Temporary (3-6 months) |

We're hiring a Regional Facilities Manager on an initial 3-6 month temporary contract, covering a portfolio of five residential developments across:

📍 Bristol
📍 Bath
📍 Cardiff
📍 Southampton

This is a senior, hands-on regional role - not remote, not single-site. You'll be out visiting your buildings regularly, leading a team of Building Services Managers, and making sure every community is safe, compliant and running brilliantly from day one.

What you'll own:
✅ Team leadership & people development
✅ Statutory compliance & H&S across the region
✅ Planned & reactive maintenance
✅ Mobilisation of new developments
✅ Budget control (£8m+)
✅ Customer experience across all sites

What we're looking for:
🔹 Strong regional FM experience - ideally from a residential, hotel, or PBSA (student accommodation) background rather than commercial FM
🔹 Someone who can hit the ground running with minimal ramp-up time
🔹 IOSH Managing Safely + BIFM Level 4 (or working towards)
🔹 Confident with M&E, statutory compliance, and supply chain management
🔹 A driver with your own car, happy to travel regularly across the region
🔹 Senior and credible enough to lead contractors, chair H&S forums, and liaise with enforcement bodies
