Are you an experienced salesperson looking for a new opportunity with an established housebuilder?

We are recruiting for 2 Sales Advisors to join a successful new homes team.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced salesperson looking to join an established housebuilder with strong earning potential.

The Role

As a Sales Advisor, you will:

• Meet and build relationships with prospective customers.
• Manage customers throughout the sales journey.
• Conduct property viewings and site appointments.
• Identify customer requirements and match them to suitable properties.
• Drive reservations and achieve sales targets.
• Maximise opportunities to sell bespoke extras.
• Provide an excellent customer experience throughout the process.
• Work closely with the wider sales and site teams.

About You

We're open to candidates from a range of sales backgrounds, including:

• New homes / housebuilding
• Estate agency
• Property sales
• Car sales / automotive
• B2C sales
• Other target-driven sales environments

New homes experience is desirable but not essential. We're looking for confident, motivated salespeople who can demonstrate a strong track record of achieving results.

You'll need to be:

• Target-driven and commercially minded.
• Confident communicating and negotiating with customers.
• Self-motivated and proactive.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible around weekend working.
• A full UK driving licence holder with access to a vehicle.
• Available to start ASAP.

Hours & Package

• £30,000-£32,000 basic salary
• £50,000 OTE
• 5% commission on bespoke extras
• Mileage expenses available where applicable.
• Working hours are 10am-5pm
