We have an great opportunity for a hungry Senior Lettings Negotiator to join one of London's top independent agents, within their highly successful office based in Tower Bridge!

Requirements:

- 2+ years Lettings experience

- Excellent customer service skills

- Organised

- Ability to problem-solve

- Comfortable speaking and meeting new people every day and posses excellent communication skills

- Valid UK Driving license

- Committed to working weekends

The role:

- You will organise, conduct, and gather feedback from viewings on properties

- Registering new lettings applicants

- Negotiate offers between the Landlord and Tenant

- Generate new business and new clients

- Book Valuation appointments
