• £31,200, paid hourly rate £15.00 PH+holiday

We're looking for a confident, personable and customer-focused Concierge / Front of House professional to join a brand-new waterfront residential development in Poole.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys meeting people, creating a great first impression and delivering exceptional customer service.

The development is currently being mobilised ahead of opening and will be predominantly Build-to-Rent (BTR) residential apartments, with a premium reception and concierge environment.

The role

As the first point of contact for residents, prospective residents and visitors, you'll be the face of the development.

You'll be responsible for:

• Welcoming residents, visitors and prospective residents warmly and professionally
• Providing an outstanding front-of-house / concierge experience
• Handling enquiries confidently and directing people to the appropriate team
• Building rapport and creating a positive first impression
• Talking confidently about the development and its offering
• Naturally identifying opportunities to generate interest and engagement
• Maintaining a professional, polished and welcoming reception environment
• Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the concierge desk
• Representing the development and client brand to a high standard

Experience

Experience in any of the following would be highly relevant:

Build-to-Rent (BTR) | Residential Concierge | Luxury Residential | Property | Estate Agency | Hotel / Hospitality | Guest Services | Reception | Front of House | Luxury Retail | Customer Service | Sales | Client Services

Previous concierge experience is advantageous but not essential if you have the right personality, communication skills and customer-facing experience.

This is not a traditional security role. We're looking for someone who wants to be visible, engaged and genuinely interact with people throughout the day.

This is initially a temporary position, with genuine potential for temp-to-perm / permanent opportunities as the wider concierge team is developed.
