Temporary Resident Services Associate - Sheffield

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm

• £29,000 - hourly rate

We are looking for a Resident Services Associate to join a well-established Build to Rent development in Sheffield on a temporary basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong customer service, hospitality, residential or front-of-house background who is confident dealing with residents and able to hit the ground running.

The Role
Working as part of the on-site Resident Services team, you will play an important role in delivering an excellent resident experience across a 335-unit development.
You will be responsible for:

• Providing a warm, professional and welcoming service to residents
• Handling resident enquiries and resolving issues efficiently
• Building strong relationships with residents and maintaining a high level of customer service
• Supporting the wider on-site team with day-to-day resident services
• Assisting with general property administration and resident queries
• Managing tasks independently and taking ownership of issues through to resolution
• Supporting the smooth running of the development during a particularly busy period

About you
We are looking for someone who is proactive, personable and naturally customer-focused.
BTR experience is advantageous but not essential. We are open to candidates from backgrounds such as:

• Build to Rent / Residential
• Property / Estate Agency
• Hospitality / Hotels
• Concierge / Front of House
• Customer Service
• Community Management

Previous experience with Yardi, inventories or references would be highly beneficial, but the most important thing is your attitude and ability to get stuck in.

Working Pattern
The role will initially be Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm. After the first couple of weeks, there may be some Saturday rota cover, with a weekday off in return.
Staff parking is available on site.
