Location: Central Cambridge
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Salary: £34,000-£36,000 basic (Senior Sales Consultant) | £24,000 OTE

The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Consultant or Senior Sales Consultant to join a new-build residential development in central Cambridge. This role has become available as the current site consultant is moving across to another development - meaning there's a real chance to make the role your own from day one.

About the Site

• A well-located development within easy reach of central Cambridge
• 23 properties remaining to sell
• Build completion expected around December

About You

• Previous experience in new homes sales is preferred
• Open to candidates at Sales Consultant level - Senior-level candidates will also be considered for the right fit
• Confident, self-sufficient and comfortable managing a site independently
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage the sales process from initial visit through to legal completion
• This is a full-time, site-based role in Cambridge - candidates must be able to commit to being on-site full-time
