About the Role

We're looking for a confident and experienced Sales Consultant or Senior Sales Consultant to join a well-established new-build residential development within walking distance of a popular local town centre.

With approximately two years of site life remaining, this is a great opportunity to join a thriving development that offers long-term stability. The site is predominantly made up of 3, 4 and 5-bedroom houses, with a small number of apartments due to launch next year.

What the Role Will Include

• Managing the day-to-day sales process on-site, from initial enquiry through to reservation, exchange and completion
• Working alongside an experienced colleague to ensure the site is fully manned and customer enquiries are always covered
• Presenting show homes and the development to prospective buyers, providing accurate information on house types, specifications and pricing
• Building rapport with customers and guiding them through their purchase journey
• Keeping up to date with local market conditions, competitor developments and pricing
• Liaising with solicitors, mortgage advisors and other third parties to help keep sales progressing to target timescales
• Maintaining accurate records using the sales and CRM systems, including reporting on visitor numbers, reservations and sales performance
• Helping to maintain the standard of the sales office, show homes and site presentation at all times
• Working towards individual and site sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the development

About You

• Is confident and experienced in new-build residential sales
• Can complement an experienced colleague and help develop site processes and performance
• Is comfortable working full-time on-site in a high-quality, fast-paced development
