Lettings Manager | Fulham | £35,000 - £40,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission (OTE £75,000+)

A growing, well-established independant agency in Fulham is looking to appoint its first dedicated Lettings Manager, a genuine opportunity to build and lead a department from a strong existing base.

The role

You'll take full ownership of the lettings function, currently around 50 units under management and rent collect, generating approximately £330,000 in annual revenue. You'll be responsible for viewings, appraisals, and agreeing lets, working alongside two consultants who are currently predominantly sales-focused.

This is a hands-on leadership role rather than a purely administrative one. The Admin Manager handles day-to-day admin and property management is outsourced, so your focus stays on growing the book, winning instructions, and driving department performance.

• Basic salary £35,000 - £40,000
• 10% commission on department revenue from day one (30 live listings currently)
• OTE £75,000+
• Monday to Friday, no weekend working
