Lettings Advisor
Location: Islington, London
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 Basic Salary
OTE: £50,000 (Uncapped commission)

Are you a driven Lettings Advisor looking for a role where your effort is rewarded, fairly, transparently and without the small print? We're working with a well established lettings agency in Central London that has built a commission structure designed to reward production and quality in equal measure, and they're looking for their next standout advisor.

The role

You'll be responsible for progressing tenancies from offer to move in, working closely with landlords and applicants to secure good quality, sustainable lets. This is a role for someone who wants to be measured on what they actually achieve, not buried under complicated formulas or shifting targets.

The commission structure

This is where the role really stands out:

• Earn 10% commission on every pound of Rent Achieved (the simple total of monthly rents across every tenancy you complete, with no annualising or multiplying)
• Your commission isn't affected by the company's fee, service level or billing arrangement, so what you close is what you're paid on.
• Quarterly bonuses on top of commission: £500 for hitting target, £1,000 for smashing it at 120%+, provided quality and compliance standards are maintained

• Proven experience in residential lettings, ideally within London's coolest property markets. This business take on unique stock!
• A strong track record of closing tenancies and building landlord relationships
• Someone who takes pride in placing quality tenants, not just hitting numbers
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, organised approach
